Halkçı Başkan Buğdaycı: TİRYAKİ GİDECEK, YÖNETİME ALTINDAĞLILAR GELECEK

Hasköy’de vatandaşların mevcut Altındağ Belediye yönetiminden şikayetlerini ve sorunlarını dinleyen CHP Altındağ Belediye Başkan Adayı Ümit Buğdaycı, “Sizin desteğinizle 30 Mart’ta Altındağ’a yeni bir yönetim sistemi gelecek. Bu sistemde AKP’li Veysel Tiryaki gidecek, yönetime Altındağlılar gelecek” dedi.

CHP Altındağ Belediye Başkan Adayı Ümit Buğdaycı, Hasköy’de bir kıraathanede çok sayıda vatandaşla bir araya geldi. Altındağ’ın Ankara’nın kırsalı ve terk edilen bir yer haline geldiğine işaret eden Buğdaycı, mevcut belediye yönetiminin ‘Altındağ’ın yüzde 98’i imarlı hale geldi’ söyleminin aksine Altındağ’ın imar açısından döküldüğünü belirtti. Altındağ’da tüm belediye uygulamalarının çıkar ve rant amaçlı yapıldığını da ifade eden Buğdaycı, “Belediyenin kentsel dönüşüm uygulamaları vatandaşı mağdur ediyor. Bunların revize planı vatandaşın elindeki arsanın küçülmesi anlamına geliyor” dedi.

Altındağlılar yönetime

CHP anlayışının, son 15 yıldır Ankara’da hüküm süren AKP ve benzeri anlayışlardan çok farklı olduğunu vurgulayan Buğdaycı, en önemli farklarının ise, ‘halkçı belediyecilik anlayışı’ olduğunu kaydetti. Bu anlayış çerçevesinde halkla birlikte kararlar alarak, hizmet vereceklerini ifade eden Buğdaycı, “Sizin desteğinizle 30 Mart’ta Altındağ’a yeni bir yönetim sistemi gelecek. Bu sistemde AKP’li Veysel Tiryaki gidecek, yönetime Altındağlılar gelecek” dedi.

Yaşanan sorunlar

Sohbet sırasında vatandaşlar yaşadıkları sıkıntıları ve sorunları dile getirerek, Buğdaycı’dan çözüm sözü istedi. Vatandaşların dile getirdiği sorunlar arasında; ‘kentsel dönüşüm’ adı altında yapılan yıkımların yol açtığı mağduriyet, yol, yapılan parklarda spor alanlarının olmaması, belediye personelinin işten çıkartılması, belediyenin asıl hizmetlerinin yandaş taşeron şirketlere verilmesi, hizmet kalitesinin düşmesi ve vatandaşın Belediye Başkanıyla görüşememesi gibi sorunlar yer aldı.

‘Yandaşa değil, vatandaşa hizmet’

Vatandaşın kötü yönetim nedeniyle yaşadığı sorunların tümünün çözülebilir sorunlar olduğunun altını çizen Buğdaycı, “Önemli olan halkı yönetime katmak ve halka hizmeti esas almaktır” diyerek, şunları söyledi:

“AKP’li belediyeler gereksiz işlerle kaynakları israf etmektedir. Bunun örneklerinden biri Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanı Melih Gökçek’in Milli Kütüphane karşısında yaptırdığı Gökkuşağı projesidir. Gökkuşağı’nı niye yaptı anlaşılır değil. Milyarlarca lira harcanan bu proje çürümeye terk edildi. Bizler vatandaşın ihtiyaçlarını karşılayacak, yerinde projelere kaynak ayıracağız. Tamamen vatandaşın yararına olacak projeleri uygulamaya koyacağız. Yandaşlarımıza para aktarmak, onlara rant alanı sağlamak için proje yapmayacağız.”

‘Emekçiler dostumuzdur’

Buğdaycı, belediyeden işçi çıkarılması konusunda ise “Bizler emeğin, emekçinin dostu bir partiyiz. Emeğiyle geçinen, üreten çalışanlarla hiçbir sorunumuz olamaz. Ama çalışmayan, emek vermeyen siyasi kadrolarla da çalışmayız. Bizler yandaşlara şirket kurdurarak, belediyenin vereceği hizmetleri bu şirketlere yaptırmayız. Bizler hizmeti direk belediyeden sağlarız” dedi.

Sorunların tamamını çözmeye talip olduklarını dile getiren Buğdaycı, bir kadın vatandaşın kültür merkezleri talebine de şu cevabı verdi, “1989-1994 arasında sosyal demokrat yönetim döneminde Hasköy’de 29 Ekim Kültür Merkezi kuruldu. Ancak sonradan bu merkez amacı dışında kullanılmaya başlandı. Biz burayı yine kültür sanat etkinliklerinin yapıldığı bir merkez haline getireceğiz.”
