Yenimahalle’de gökyüzü şenlendi

Yenimahalle Belediyesi, Dünya Çevre Günü dolayısıyla Uçurtma Şenliği düzenledi. Hafta sonu Şentepe Pamuklar Mahallesi ve Çayyolu’nda düzenlenen şenliğe Yenimahalle Belediye Başkanı Fethi Yaşar ile vatandaşlar katıldı. Uçurtma şenliğine katılan çocuklar belediye tarafından dağıtılan uçurtmaları rüzgarın akışına bırakırken bir yandan da döner ekmek yediler. Çocuklar ayrıca animatörler eşliğinde dans ederken, kurulan stantlarda oyun oynadılar.

Uçurtma Şenliği’ne katılan çocuklar, rüzgarlı havanın yardımıyla uçurtmalarını en yükseğe çıkarmak için yarışırken, gökyüzü rengarenk uçurtmalarla kaplandı. Şenliğe katılan aileler keyifli bir gün yaşarken, Pamuklar Mahallesi’ndeki şenlikte bir konuşma yapan Yaşar, “Bölgenin çok sayıda eksiği var fakat bizler bu eksikleri gidermek için çalışmalarımızı hızlı bir şekilde sürdürüyoruz” dedi. Yaşar, Çayyolu’ndaki şenlikte ise Çayyolu sakinlerine, bölgeye yakışır nitelikte her türlü etkinliğin yapılabileceği büyür bir meydan yapacakları müjdesini verdi.
Dünya çevre ve temizlik ödülü Yaşar’a
Avrupa Çevre ve Temizlik Platformu (ECEP), Yenimahalle Belediyesi’ni çevre ve temizlik çalışmalarında halkın temizlik hizmeti almadaki memnuniyetinin yüzde 87’lerde olması dolayısıyla ‘Çevre ve Temiz Kent’ ödülünü Yaşar’a verdi. Yaşar’a ödülünü ECEP Türkiye Sekreteri Bahri Küpeli verdi. Çayyolu Platformu da, göreve geldiği günden buyana Çayyolu’na yaptığı hizmetlerden dolayı Yaşar’a bir plaket verdi.
