Yenimahalle Belediyesi, faili meçhul bir suikast sonucu aramızdan ayrılan Ahmet Taner Kışlalı’yı unutmadı. Çayyolu’nda bulunan Ahmet Taner Kışlalı Parkı’nı yoğun bir mesai içinde yeniden düzenleyen ve bakıma alan Yenimahalle Belediyesi, parkı halkın hizmetine açmaya hazırlanıyor. Parkın açılışı, çeşitli etkinliklerin yanı sıra Moğollar Konseri ile de coşkuyla kutlanacak. Cumartesi günü saat 20.00’de yapılacak olan açılışa Yenimahalle Belediyesi Başkan’ı Fethi Yaşar, Kışlalı’nın ailesinin
yanı sıra öğrencileri, CHP milletvekilleri ve Yenimahalleliler katılacak.
Heykel göz önüne getirildi
Bir önceki dönem belediye yönetimi tarafından parkın ücra bir köşesine yerleştirilen Kışlalı’nın heykeli, Yenimahalle Belediye Başkanı Fethi Yaşar’ın talimatıyla parkın giriş kısmına getirildi. Heykelin, herkesin görebileceği bir yerde olması gerektiğini ifade eden Yaşar, “Kışlalı’nın anısına yapılan ve adını yaşatan bu parkta, heykel hak ettiği yere, göz önüne getirildi. Parkımızın açılışına tüm Yenimahalle halkını bekliyoruz” dedi.
