SAĞLIK ÇALIŞANLARI MUTSUZ..

ANKARA - Tüm Sağlık ve Sosyal Hizmet Çalışanları Sendikası (Tüm Sağlık-Sen) tarafından yapılan araştırmaya göre, sağlık çalışanlarının beşte dördü, iş yerinde ”Hak ettiği değerin verilmemesi”, ”Yöneticilerin olumsuz davranışları”, ”Görevlendirmelerde aksaklıklar yaşanması” gibi sıkıntılar yaşadıklarını belirtti Tüm Sağlık-Sen, sağlık çalışanlarının sorunlarını ve beklentilerini tespit etmek amacıyla bir araştırma gerçekleştirdi. Araştırmaya, Ankara merkezindeki sağlık kurum ve kuruluşlarında çalışan 1550 sağlık personeli katıldı Araştırmaya göre, sağlık çalışanlarının yarından fazlası 1500 TL ve altında ücret alıyor. Çalışanların yüzde 3,4′ü ”600 TL ve altı”, yüzde 12,6’sı ”601-1000 TL arası”, yüzde 39′u ”1001-1500 TL arası”, yüzde 40,5′i ”1501-2000 TL arası”, yüzde 4,3′ü ”2001 TL ve üzeri” aylık gelire sahip bulunuyor Sağlık çalışanlarının yüzde 64′ü, ailesinin tek gelir kaynağını kendisi sağlıyor. Çalışma hayatında yaşadıkları sorunlara ilişkin görüşleri sorulan çalışanların yüzde 32,7’si ”Çalışana hak ettiği değerin verilmediğini”, yüzde 17,9′u ”Yöneticilerin olumsuz tavır ve davranışlarıyla karşılaştıklarını”, yüzde 25,1′i ”Görevlendirme ile ilgili aksaklıklar yaşadıklarını”, yüzde 6,6’sı ”Bazı özel durumlarda (hamilelik, doğum, emzirme, çocuk bakımı vb.) izin konusunda sorun yaşadıklarını” belirtti. Sağlık çalışanlarının yüzde 17,6’sı ise ”Herhangi bir sorunla karşılaşmadığını” ifade etti ”Çalışma koşullarından dolayı aile içinde ve çevrede yaşadıkları en önemli problemle” ilgili soruya sağlık çalışanlarının yüzde 35,2’si ”Ailedeki rol ve görevlerimde aksaklıklar oluyor”, yüzde 23,5′i ”Nöbetlerden dolayı aile ortamında çatışma oluyor”, yüzde 13,3′ü ”Arkadaş ve çevreme yeterli zaman ayıramıyorum”, yüzde 23′ü ise ”Bunların dışında sorunları” olduğu yanıtını verdi.
